What can I expect inside a box?

Each box is different! You might find bookish goodies, clever gadgets, stationery, or unique keepsakes. Photos on our website are previews of the types of items you may find, but the exact contents are always a mystery.

Are books included in every box?

Not always. While some boxes include a book, it’s not guaranteed. Books are part of the random selection of items and may appear in any box.

Can I choose what goes inside my box?

When will I receive my box?

Orders are processed quickly and shipped via courier delivery. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive details as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, The Wanderer’s Loot is only available for shipping within New Zealand and Australia. We hope to expand in the future - so keep an eye on our updates if you’re outside these areas!

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! The Wanderer’s Loot makes a perfect gift idea. Simply enter the recipient’s details at checkout, and we’ll send it directly to them. If you’d like a special message included with the box, you can also leave your note in the order comments at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s added.

Can I return or exchange a box?

Because each box is a mystery, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact us right away, and we’ll work to make it right.
